Summary
This study aims to learn more about Hyper IgE Syndrome, a rare immune disorder that causes severe eczema and frequent infections. Researchers will observe 300 patients and 300 of their relatives over time to understand how the disease develops, identify its genetic causes, and improve care. The goal is to build knowledge to help manage this complex condition better in the future.
