Summary
This study tests whether using a fluid enriched with hyaluronan (a natural substance) during embryo transfer can help more women achieve a lasting pregnancy. About 400 women under 40 who have not had a successful pregnancy after previous IVF attempts will take part. The main goal is to see if this approach reduces the number of transfers needed to reach a viable pregnancy at 12 weeks.
