NCT ID NCT07461467
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether continuously checking and adjusting the pressure of a breathing tube (laryngeal mask airway) can lower the chance of sore throat, hoarseness, and other throat problems in elderly patients after surgery. About 146 people aged 60 and older having non-emergency surgery will take part. The goal is to find the best pressure range to make recovery more comfortable.
