First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a daily drink containing inactivated lactic acid bacteria (a postbiotic called Humiome® Post LB) can reduce stress and improve memory in healthy adults aged 50 to 75. Over 3 months, 236 participants will take either the postbiotic or a placebo. The goal is to see if this simple addition to the diet can support mental well-being and cognitive function during aging.
