Summary

This Phase 3 trial tests a new eye drop called HUC3-637 in 206 adults with primary open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. The goal is to see if it safely lowers eye pressure better than an existing active control. Participants will use the drops daily and have their eye pressure measured over time.
