Summary

This study tests a new drug called HRS-1893 in 48 adults with heart failure where the heart pumps normally but is too stiff (heart failure with preserved ejection fraction). The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also looking at changes in heart stress markers and symptom scores. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for a set period.
