Summary

This study tests a new drug called HRS-1893 in 48 people with a type of heart failure where the heart pumps well but is too stiff (heart failure with preserved ejection fraction). The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and tolerable. Researchers will also measure changes in heart stress levels and quality of life.
