Summary

This study tests whether adding a new drug (HR070803) to standard chemotherapy and targeted therapy can better control advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery. About 669 adults aged 18-75 who have not had prior treatment for their cancer will receive either the new combo or standard treatment. The goal is to see if the new combo delays cancer growth and is safe.
