Summary
This early-stage trial is testing an oral drug called HQP1351 in about 100 people with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) or other solid tumors. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the drug. Participants take the pill every other day for four weeks per cycle. The study is currently recruiting.
