Sleep deprivation study: can meal timing fix your metabolism?

Summary

This study aims to understand how sleep loss, combined with different patterns of light exposure and food intake, affects your body's metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Healthy adults aged 18-35 will stay overnight in a clinic three times to test different sleep and meal schedules. The goal is to gather knowledge about how our daily rhythms impact health, not to provide a treatment.
