Summary

This study follows 104 Singaporean children ages 7–12 and their parents to understand how parents' attitudes, rules, and own sleep habits affect children's sleep, mental health, social skills, and school performance. Researchers will track sleep using watches and surveys over time. The goal is to learn which parental factors help or hurt children's long-term well-being.
