Summary
This study follows 104 Singaporean children ages 7-12 to understand how parents' attitudes, rules, and own sleep habits affect their child's sleep, mental health, and school performance. Researchers will track sleep with a wrist monitor and ask parents about bedtime rules, screen use, and more. The goal is to learn how family and economic factors shape children's long-term well-being.
