Summary
This study tested whether giving a small daily dose of a hormone called HMG after egg retrieval can improve the chance of a live birth in women undergoing IVF. 600 women aged 20-40 participated. The researchers measured live birth rates, pregnancy rates, and miscarriage rates to see if the extra hormone helps.
