First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested whether combining three drugs (olaparib, palbociclib, and fulvestrant) is safe for people with a specific type of advanced breast cancer linked to BRCA gene mutations. Nine adults with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative metastatic or locally advanced breast cancer took part. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if the combination could help control the disease.
