First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a home-based telenursing program, led by a specialist nurse, can improve quality of life and reduce complications like falls for people with atypical parkinsonism (MSA or PSP). About 164 participants will receive proactive and reactive remote monitoring and health education. The main goal is to see if this approach helps patients feel better day-to-day.
