First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests a safe, at-home brain stimulation device (tDCS) for people with chronic pain who only got short-term relief from hospital-based treatment. Over 3 months, 70 participants will use either the active device or a sham version for 20 minutes, 5 days a week. The goal is to see if home tDCS can provide lasting pain relief and improve quality of life.
