Summary
This study is testing a home-based video coaching program called HOBSCOTCH-MS. It aims to help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) who are struggling with memory and thinking problems. Participants will work one-on-one with a coach to learn problem-solving and relaxation techniques. The study also looks at whether the program improves quality of life for caregivers.
