Summary
This study tested whether a home-based pulmonary rehabilitation program can improve symptoms and quality of life for people with COPD. 128 participants either received the 8-week home program (exercise sessions and phone support) or standard clinic care. The goal was to see if the home program reduced flare-ups, improved walking distance, and eased breathlessness.
