New home device aims to ease knee pain without surgery

Summary

This study tests a new home device that trains leg control to reduce pain and improve movement in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 82 adults aged 40-85 with knee OA will use either the leg dexterity trainer or a wobble board for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if the device offers better pain relief and function than standard exercises.
