Summary

This study tests whether a home-based balance training program can improve both physical and cognitive symptoms in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). 75 adults with MS will be randomly assigned to either the balance program or a stretching routine for 4 months. All sessions are done at home with a helper buddy and monitored via Zoom.
