At-Home workouts tested to fight MS fatigue and improve mobility

NCT ID NCT07355387

Summary

This study is testing a home exercise program designed to improve balance, walking, and thinking skills in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants will be randomly assigned to either a functional balance training program or a simple stretching routine, which they will do twice a week for four months at home with a helper present. The goal is to see if this remote, home-based approach can safely help manage common MS symptoms like mobility issues and brain fog.
