Summary

This study tests a home-based program called HOBSCOTCH-MS for people with multiple sclerosis who have memory or thinking problems. Participants meet weekly with a coach online to learn problem-solving and relaxation skills. The goal is to see if the program improves quality of life and thinking, and also helps caregivers feel less burdened.
