Summary
This study aims to see how well a diagnostic scoring system, called the HScore, works for identifying a dangerous immune system overreaction (HLH) in critically ill patients. It will look back at the medical records of 100 adult patients with liver problems who were treated in an intensive care unit. The goal is to find the best markers to accurately diagnose this life-threatening condition.
