First seen Jan 20, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at how well a tool called the HScore can diagnose hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) in intensive care patients who also have liver failure or cirrhosis. Researchers will review medical records of 100 adults admitted to the ICU to see if the HScore accurately identifies HLH. The goal is to improve diagnosis of this serious immune condition in critically ill patients.
