Summary
This study tests whether virtual or in-person support helps teens with HIV stay in care and keep the virus under control. About 570 teens aged 15-19 in South Africa will receive either standard care or extra support to prepare for moving to adult clinics. The goal is to see which method works best for keeping them healthy and on track with treatment.
