Summary
This study collected tissue samples from tonsils, lymph nodes, intestines, and lungs of people with HIV and healthy volunteers. The goal was to measure the amount of virus and immune cells in these tissues. It helps researchers understand how HIV behaves in the body, but did not test any new treatments.
