Summary
This study will test two new services at a Chicago health center: routine substance use screening for all patients, and a program that helps people refer friends or partners who may need HIV or addiction care. The goal is to find more people with undiagnosed HIV or substance use disorders and connect them to treatment. Researchers will enroll 500 men who have sex with men to see if these strategies work better than current methods.
