New program aims to break the cycle of stigma for youth with HIV
NCT ID NCT07221201
Summary
This study is testing a new support program for young people (ages 15-21) living with HIV in Zambia. The program combines peer mentoring with mental health skills training to help them cope with the shame and stress related to HIV, violence, and depression. Researchers want to see if this combined approach helps young people stick to their HIV medication and improves their mental well-being.
