Summary
This study tests a program called MEPS that uses a mobile app, peer mentors, and incentives to help people recently released from jail access HIV prevention (like PrEP), STI testing, and substance use treatment. About 300 people across three California counties will take part. The goal is to see if this approach increases testing and treatment use compared to usual care.
