Summary
This study looks at immune cells in the gut, spinal fluid, lymph nodes, and blood of HIV-positive and HIV-negative adults in Thailand. The goal is to understand how HIV changes the immune system in different parts of the body. About 232 people aged 18 to 50 will join. No new treatment is being tested; this is purely for learning.
