Summary

This study looked at whether community health workers can help people with HIV and high blood pressure in northern Tanzania manage their condition. About 100 participants received counseling, doctor visits, and phone calls over 6 months. The goal was to see if this approach helps them take their medication and keep blood pressure under control.
