Summary
This study aims to understand why Black people living with HIV are at higher risk for serious health problems like kidney disease, diabetes, and heart disease. Researchers collected health information and genetic samples from over 3,000 Black participants with HIV across the UK. The goal is to learn how genetics, HIV treatment, and other health conditions combine to affect long-term health risks.
