Sound waves and chemo join forces against liver tumors

Summary
This study tests whether adding a non-invasive sound wave treatment called histotripsy to standard chemotherapy can help people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. About 100 adults whose cancer cannot be removed by surgery will receive both treatments. Researchers will check if the combination slows cancer growth better than chemo alone.
