New study: could physical therapy boost hip injection results?

Summary

This study looks at whether adding physiotherapy to a hip injection (corticosteroid plus hyaluronic acid) helps reduce pain and improve function more than the injection alone. It includes 100 adults aged 40-60 with mild hip arthritis, labral tears, or hip impingement. Participants will receive either the injection plus physiotherapy or the injection alone, and their progress will be tracked over time.
