First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tests whether a high-phenolic olive oil can improve metabolic health better than a low-phenolic one in 80 adults with overweight/obesity and belly fat. Participants will consume the assigned oil daily for 8 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in blood fats, blood pressure, blood sugar, and inflammation. The goal is to see if this natural food can help manage obesity-related health risks.
