Summary
This study tests whether a high-phenolic olive oil can improve metabolic health better than a low-phenolic version. Over 8 weeks, 80 adults with overweight/obesity and metabolic issues will consume one of the two oils. Researchers will measure changes in blood fats, blood pressure, blood sugar, and inflammation markers.
