Summary
This study looked at whether high-intensity laser therapy can reduce shoulder pain and improve movement in people who had a stroke and have weakness on one side (hemiplegia). Forty participants aged 50-85 with lasting shoulder pain were treated. The goal was to see if the laser could ease pain and help with daily activities.
