Summary
This study tests whether a high-flow oxygen device can prevent low oxygen levels in patients at risk during sedated digestive endoscopy. It includes 326 adults with obesity, lung disease, sleep apnea, or other risk factors. The new device is compared to standard nasal cannulas to see which is safer.
