This study looks at whether giving lung transplant recipients a high-dose flu vaccine for two years in a row provides better protection against the flu than the standard-dose vaccine. About 60 people who already took part in a previous flu vaccine study will be randomly assigned to receive either the high-dose or standard-dose shot each season.
