New drug combo tested for tough cancers

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called HFB200301, given alone or with another drug (tislelizumab), in adults with advanced solid tumors like stomach, kidney, or lung cancer. The goal is to find a safe dose and see how well people tolerate it. About 72 participants will take part in two phases: first, increasing doses to find the best one, then testing that dose in specific cancer groups.
