Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called HFB200301, alone or with another drug (tislelizumab), in adults with advanced solid tumors like stomach, kidney, or lung cancer. The main goal is to find safe doses and check for side effects. About 72 people will take part, and the study is in two parts: first raising the dose to find a safe level, then testing that dose in specific cancer groups.
