Summary
This study tested a traditional Chinese medicine herbal patch placed on acupoints to see if it could ease pain, depression, and improve quality of life in 21 dialysis patients with fistula-related pain. Participants had been on dialysis for over 6 months and reported moderate to severe pain. The patch was used alongside standard care, and the study measured pain levels and mood changes.
