Summary
This study tested a drug called HER3-DXd in 63 adults with breast cancer, lung cancer, or other solid tumors that had spread to the brain or the lining around the brain and spinal cord. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink brain tumors or help patients live longer. Participants received the drug every three weeks until their disease got worse or side effects became too severe.
