This study investigates whether patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer who have had their disease controlled for at least two years on anti-HER2 therapy can safely stop that treatment. Participants must also have no detectable cancer DNA in their blood (ctDNA-negative). The study monitors them closely with regular ctDNA tests and scans to see if the cancer stays under control without ongoing medication.
