Summary
This early-phase study is testing a personalized vaccine for people with HER2-positive breast cancer. The vaccine is made from the patient's own immune cells and is designed to teach the body's immune system to attack the cancer. Researchers are giving the vaccine alongside standard chemotherapy before surgery to see if it helps the body fight the tumor more effectively.
