Summary
This study tested whether adding clinical taping to myofascial release (a type of massage) helps people with heel spurs more than massage alone. 38 adults aged 30-40 with confirmed heel spurs and at least moderate pain took part. The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain and improves foot function.
