Summary
This study looks at whether a hands-on technique called navicular mobilization can reduce pain and improve foot function in people with plantar fasciitis and flat feet. 48 adults aged 18-32 will receive either the mobilization alone or combined with standard physical therapy for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, foot function, and foot position changes.
