Summary

This study compared two noninvasive treatments for chronic heel pain caused by heel spurs: extracorporeal shock wave therapy and a newer nerve stimulation method called transcutaneous pulsed radiofrequency. 100 adults aged 18-65 with heel spurs took part. The goal was to see which treatment better reduces pain and improves foot function.
