First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests whether a heavy lifting strength training program can help head and neck cancer survivors regain muscle strength, reduce fatigue, and improve quality of life. About 60 adults who finished cancer treatment at least one year ago will be randomly assigned to either a supervised heavy lifting program or usual care. The goal is to see if this type of exercise is safe, doable, and effective for this group.
