Can lifting heavy weights help cancer survivors rebuild their lives?

Summary

This study is testing if a supervised heavy weight lifting program is practical and helpful for people who have survived head and neck cancer. It will compare 60 survivors doing 12 weeks of heavy lifting against a group receiving usual care. The main goal is to see if the program is feasible and if it improves muscle strength, physical function, and quality of life.
