Summary
This study looks at whether adding heat therapy or contrast therapy (alternating hot and cold) to a standard exercise program helps people aged 18–40 with patellofemoral pain syndrome. The goal is to reduce pain and swelling, improve knee movement, and make daily activities easier. Forty participants will be split into two groups to compare which therapy works better alongside the exercises.
