First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This pilot study looks at how heat stress and fatigue affect a person's ability to perform two tasks at once, like walking while doing math. Ten healthy adults will walk in a heat chamber until their body temperature reaches 39°C, then complete balance and memory tests. The goal is to understand how the body and brain handle multitasking under physical strain.
