Summary
This study compares two ways of making treatment decisions for people with severe blockages in all three main heart arteries who also have diabetes. One group gets a real-time online discussion among heart experts during a procedure, while the other gets usual care. The goal is to see if the team approach reduces major heart and brain events over one year.
