Summary
This study looked at 72 healthy male triathletes aged 20-54 who completed the Embrun long-distance triathlon. Researchers used heart ultrasound and a 72-hour heart monitor to check for temporary changes in the right ventricle and any irregular heartbeats. The goal was to understand if extreme exercise causes heart fatigue that could lead to rhythm problems.
