Summary
This study will test how accurate 10 different heart rate monitors are in overweight and obese young adults, both at rest and during exercise. The goal is to find the best way to measure heart rate when the body is burning the most fat. 52 participants will be recruited, and the results will help improve exercise recommendations for weight management.
